Exchange and refund
You have a period of 14 days to request an exchange or refund from the moment you receive your order. The item must be in its original packaging and in good condition (items not used, worn nor washed).
Feminine hygiene items are not exchangeable or refundable for hygiene reasons.
We have the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item is not in an acceptable condition.

Exchanges will be handled according to availability in inventory. We will contact you if necessary by email or phone.
Sale items are FINAL SALE, no refund or exchange will be accepted on these items.
For manufacturing defects, please contact us by email, we will inform you of the procedure to follow. You can also refer to the Warranty section for more details.
Please check your shipping information before sending the order. We are not responsible for any error on your part if an item is delivered to the wrong address.
N.B. Unclaimed packages, refused or with an incorrect address will be refunded after deduction of the actual delivery costs incurred (initial shipping costs (even for free delivery) + return shipping costs to our address).
Postage costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be accompanied by the original invoice. Please notify us before returning the package.
